From NYS Thruway North/South to Palisades Parkway South to exit 8E. Merge onto route 59E, go to 1st traffic light. Make left onto Crosfield Ave. Follow to the end, at stop sign make a right onto West Nyack Road. Follow to 1st traffic light, make left onto Strawtown Road. Make 1st right into parking lot.  Yellow/beige building with 2 staircases- lower level.

If you are coming from Rockland ENT’s old offices in Bardonia or New City, proceed SOUTH on Route 304 to West Nyack Road and make a LEFT, then follow the directions above.
