R. Berson, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.O.A. is on the medical staff of Good
Samaritan (Suffern, NY) and Nyack (Nyack, NY) hospitals.
Dr. Berson completed her otolaryngology residency at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital and internship in general surgery at St. Vincent's Hospital, New York, New York. She is a medical school graduate of Health Science Center, State University of New York, Syracuse New York and received her B.A. degree from Wesleyan University, Middletown, Connecticut.
Dr. Berson is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy.
Dr. Berson is also a member of the American Medical Association, Medical Society of the State of New York and the Rockland County Medical Society.
Dr. Berson is licensed to practice medicine in the States of New York and New Jersey.
Over the past five years, Dr. Berson actively studied the newest technology, techniques and information about testing for and treating ear, nose and throat related allergies. In the fall of 2009, Dr. Berson earned the prestigious title of "fellow" of the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy.
